What forms of payment are accepted?
Proto Dodo accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Do I pay sales taxes on my purchases?
Illinois residents will have sales tax automatically added to their order. If Proto Dodo is not collecting your state's taxes, you are expected to comply with your state's laws regarding internet purchases.
What is your shipping policy?
All orders are shipped via UPS and we can only ship to valid street addresses (no P.O. Boxes). Orders placed prior to 7pm Central Time (CT), Monday through Friday, will be shipped the next day. If possible, we will ship orders the same day they are received. All orders that are placed after 3pm CT on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will leave our Skokie, IL warehouse the following Monday.
Where do you ship to?
At this time, Proto Dodo only ships orders to addresses in the United States, and Puerto Rico.

How do I get free shipping?
All orders of $100 or more receive free USPS Priority shipping if shipped to destinations within the contiguous United States.
How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we will email you a USPS tracking number and a link to the USPS site so that you can track your order. You can also check with us via phone at 1-888-813-7411 or email us at customerservice@protododo.com.
What is your privacy policy?
Proto Dodo understands and respects the importance of protecting your privacy. Personal information entered on our site is only transferred over Secure Socket Layer (SSL) lines, which ensures that your information is encrypted and cannot be read by any other internet users. Our SSL Certificate Seal is displayed at the bottom of the green navigation bar. Proto Dodo registered users may receive email notifications about new products, special offers and/or a newsletter. We do not rent, sell or share our email list with anyone.
How do you protect my credit card information?
Proto Dodo uses the industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to ensure that all transactions on our site are safe and secure. The SSL system encrypts all your personal and credit card information so that it cannot be intercepted and viewed by outside parties. For added protection we do not share our SSL certificate with other companies and employ the highest level of SSL encryption available. You can view our SSL Certificate Seal at the bottom of the green navigation bar and click on it to verify its authenticity. Furthermore, we never save or store credit card information. This guarantees that your financial data can never be accessed through our company.
How do I return a defective or damaged item?
We apologize if you have received an item that is defective or damaged! Please contact us at customerservice@protododo.com within 10 days of your order's arrival to receive a Return Authorization Code (RAC) and a free return shipping label. We will either refund your account the cost of the item and the original shipping charge or replace the item, whichever you prefer. The item must be returned in its original packaging to receive full credit.
I've changed my mind. Can I return my order?
Yes, you can. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any item you've ordered from us, simply return it (you must follow the Item Return Instructions here) in its original condition and packaging within 30 days for an exchange, store credit, or a full refund of the purchase price (shipping costs are non-refundable).
How can I view and edit my account information?
Click on the Sign In link located in the navigation menu at the top of each page. If you are not already signed in, enter your user name and password. If you need to change any of your information, edit the appropriate field and click update at the bottom of the page.
How can I view my past order iformation?
Click on the Sigh In link located in the navigation menu at the top of each page. If you are not already signed in, enter your user name and password. Click on the Order History link at the top of your Account page.
Why should I create an account?
Proto Dodo suggests that you create an account to help speed up your shopping experience so you won't need to re-enter your billing and shipping information every time you shop. If you want to ship to a different address, or you move, you can easily update your information.
Why do I need cookies enabled to login or place an order?
Cookies allow us to track your progress through our site and ordering system. Cookies are pieces of data that your web browser places on your computer's hard drive which assign a unique identification code to your computer. Cookies do not in any way compromise the functioning or security of your computer.
I can't remember my password to Sign In. What do I do?
Go to the Sign In page and submit your email in the "Forgot your password" section. Your password will be automatically sent to your registered email address.
My credit card was declined, but I know it's valid. What gives?
Go check out again, but make sure that:
- Your billing address matches the one on your credit card statement.
- You entered the correct expiration date.
- Your name is entered exactly as it appears on your credit card.
I'm new to the internet. How do I place an order on your site?
- Place items in your cart by clicking the "Add To Cart" button on the item description page.
- Click the "View Cart" link on the top of every page to review and/or edit the items in your cart.
- After selecting your items and adding them to the cart, click either the "Go to Checkout" link at the top of the Category and Description pages or the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the Cart page.
- If you have a Promotion or Discount code, enter it in the designated field on the Cart page click the "Apply Code" button.
- Enter your Name, Address, Shipping Address and click the "Next" button at the bottom of the page.
- Review your personal information and cart details for accuracy then select the shipping method you would like on the drop down menu next to the "Ship By" line and click the "Calculate Shipping" button.
- If you have a Promotion or Discount code and have not entered it yet, enter it in the designated field and click the "Apply Code" button.
- Enter your Credit Card information in the designated fields.
- Click the "Place Order" button to complete the transaction. (Please only click once)
