Placing an Order
When you place an order with Proto Dodo, we request your e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number and credit card information. We only use this information to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. We never save or archive your credit card information. Telephone numbers are only used to contact you regarding your order.
Proto Dodo uses the industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to ensure that all transactions on our site are safe and secure. The SSL system encrypts all your personal and credit card information so that it cannot be intercepted and viewed by outside parties. For added protection, our SSL certificate features 256-bit encryption (the highest available) and is not shared with other companies. Our SSL certificate seal is displayed on the left hand side of our site at the bottom of the green navigation bar. You can verify the SSL certificate information by clicking on the seal.
Emails
Customers or persons who have either communicated with us or requested information from us by email are automatically added to our email list and may receive notifications about new products and special offers. Proto Dodo will not rent, sell or share our email list with anyone.
If you decide you no longer wish to receive communications from us, email us at customerservice@protododo.com or call us toll-free at 1-888-813-7411 to request removal from our email list.
Distribution of Information
We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.
