Returns & Exchanges
At Proto Dodo we want to make sure that you're happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any item you've received from us, simply return it (follow the Item Return Instructions below) in its original condition and packaging within 30 days for an exchange, store credit, or a full refund of the purchase price (shipping costs are non-refundable).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, notify us of the problem within 10 days of receiving your order by emailing us at customerservice@protododo.com and we will be happy to replace it free of charge or refund the purchase price and shipping cost. To receive a replacement or refund for an item you must follow the Item Return Instructions below.
Item Return Instructions
- You must first contact us to receive a Return Authorization Code (RAC) by emailing us at customerservice@protododo.com
- If you are returning a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, we will also email you a pre-paid shipping label to use.
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging. Items must be returned in their original packaging to receive full credit
- Include your RAC in the following address and ship the item back to us.

Please note:
- Refunds will be credited to the credit card account used for the purchase of the item. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
- If an item is not returned in its original condition and packaging we reserve the right to: refuse the return or exchange; charge a 25% restocking fee.
- We recommend that you insure items with the shipping carrier for their full value as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged durning shipping.
- All shipping costs must be paid in full. We will not accept COD returns.
Incomplete Orders
If any item(s) are missing from your order, you must report it to us within 10 days of receiving your order by emailing us at customerservice@protododo.com. Upon verification of the error, we will either ship you the missing item(s) free of charge via 2nd Day Air, or if you prefer, we will refund the purchase price of the item(s).
