Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship to the United States and Puerto Rico.
Shipping Carrier and Procedures
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our products to you. This service requires that you provide a valid street mailing address or post office box.
All orders placed prior to 7pm Central Time (CT), Monday through Friday, will be shipped the next day. If possible, we will ship orders the same day they are received. All orders that are placed after 3pm CT on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will leave our Skokie, IL warehouse the following Monday.

Shipping Times
USPS Priority Mail - Orders will arrive within 5 business days after leaving our warehouse.
USPS Express Mail - Orders will arrive the following day after leaving our warehouse.
Order Status
When your order is shipped, we will email you a USPS tracking number and a link to the USPS site so you can track your order. You can also check the status of your order by emailing us at customerservice@protododo.com.
